General

Q: What’s new this year?

A: More deals, bigger markdowns, and fun pop-up vendors (like Erie Ale Works and local food truck, Dobbins Dogs) will be stopping by 12th Street between 12-3 PM!

Q: Where should I park?

A: If you are shopping at 12th Street, you can park in the Schaal Plaza parking lot (free) or the adjacent lots nearby. If you are shopping at EA Downtown at 5th & State, you should be able to find street parking nearby or can park in the 5th & Peach Parking Garage just a block away.

Shipping/Pick-Up

Q: How much does shipping cost on 814 Day?

A: All online orders will ship for just $2! Or you can select in-store pickup, which is always free.

Q: How long will shipping take once I place my order?

A: We anticipate most orders will be sent out within 24-48 hours. We will also keep you updated on order, shipping, and delivery confirmation via email!

Q: I selected in-store pickup. How soon will my order be ready?

A: We’ll start sending pickup notifications to your email address as early as Thursday afternoon, but we would advise you to plan your pickup for the days following the sale to avoid traffic and congestion at 12th Street!

Orders

Q: I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?

A: We will do our best to accommodate making changes to your 814 Day order! If you need help with this, please send an email to: help@erieapparel.co with your Order # and the subject line “814 Day Order 2025” for prompt assistance.

Q: I placed multiple orders. Can you combine them?

A: Possibly… but probably not. The tremendous order volume on 814 Day means finding and combining shipments is much more tedious than usual. However, we will be doing everything we can to avoid multiple shipments! For multiple in-store pickup orders, simply wait until you’ve received pickup notifications for each of your orders before coming by to avoid multiple trips.

Q: Can I return or exchange products I purchased on 814 Day?

A: We will accept exchanges for store credit and size exchanges will be honored as inventory allows! Mystery Packs are not eligible for exchange or return.
